The Culinary Way of St. James is a unique, annual dining experience that celebrates the awesome beauty of nature and the rich talent of local cheese makers, farmers and culinary artisans: Each year at the beginning of summer season, award-winning chefs from all over Europe create delicious contemporary cuisine with a Tyrolean accent to complement the unique, secluded settings of Paznaun Valley’s mountain huts and shelters. And all summer long, hikers can taste the crème de la crème of epicurean delights at these huts, all under Paznaun Valley’s brilliant Alpine skies.
